Although she's primarily known as an actor on TV, Vangsness also has several smaller roles in films. Her debut was in the world of entertainment in the year 1998. She is a prolific writer and has written articles for the Los Angeles Times. A playwright as well who co-wrote three episodes for the show 'Criminal Minds. The actress is an animal lover and loves cats in particular. She's helped rescue and rehab several abandoned and injured kittens.
