Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn has been an actress for over 20 years. Her most well-known role was in the role of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Award to recognize Outstanding Supporting Performance in Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward, she has appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. The actress fell in love with performing in Preparatory School before moving to Ohio with her family in mid-70s. The theatre school she attended was Northwestern University, and spent one term at British American Drama Academy. Anna worked in the theatre in the Chicago region for a couple of years prior to trying her hand at television and film roles. Anna got her big break in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. Anna continued to be an actor in few TV series and movies, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue up to the end of 90's when she appeared in a recurring role in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons on Deadwood that was shot in the mid 2000's. The show was recast as Skyler in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. She also starred in the Deadwood movie and Sully. Gunn was on stage for David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. The actress, in 2022, also starred in a four-part audio play podcast called"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's marriage to Skyler. Walter White's life story and the strain on his relationship with Skyler is mirrored in the show.
